Order Cancellations

Return Products

Before you return a product, please call us on our helpline number 9711034948 and let us know the reason or if you are facing any issue with product as we may help you in the same and can save you from the trouble of return shipment as we can help you with expert guidance.

You can return within 30 days after ordering the product, so we count the date you placed your order as the first day in this case and we do not accept returns on all types of products Please check the product description to know if the product is eligible for return.

Request you to raise a return request only if:-

The Product you received is found damaged.

The Product you received has some manufacturing defect.

The Product you received is not what you have ordered for.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please WhatsApp images of the product within 48 hours of receiving along with the order number, Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.

After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch of the faulty products will be initiated.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.
